Plurafac SL-62 is a non-ionic surfactant that is essentially 100% active. It does not form water/surfactant gels.
Plurafac SL-62 is a liquid at room temperature. It is an excellent wetting, penetrating and emulsifying agent and is compatible with non-ionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants.
